I opened my bottles, how do I return them?
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept opened returns. We cannot resell open bottles due to customer safety.

We accept returns in the first 3 days after you receive the order. If you are not happy with your product and want to return it, please email us at:
I just want to return my order, how do I do that?
We understand this sounds mean, but please don’t order if you want to send it back. 🙂 Imagine the pains we have to go through with the return process. So, please, if you want to return, don’t order to begin with. We charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns, no exceptions guys. 🙂 Shipping is not refundable.

Are there restocking fees?
Yes, like any business we can’t accept packages back without a restocking fee. We don’t refund shipping and restocking fee is 25%, which is an industry standard. 🙂
